Refund Policy

Refunds are accepted within 14 days of receiving your goods. 

Your package must be returned at a delivery cost to you, the customer and once I have received your item/s then a refund will be decided. 

Please make sure you are using a correct burner and correct tea lights in order to have the maximum scent throw.
