At the moment, we are only delivering to the United Kingdom however, this is something we are working on and will implement in the future.
Our current turn-around time is up to 10 working days. This is down to the volume of orders that we process. This doesn't include the day of ordering or weekends and public holidays. We are unable to ship on a weekend therefore is not included in the turn around time. Please bare in mind that orders are processed via Royal Mail and aren't always processed on the same day. They aim to deliver within 3 days, we promise they're worth the wait!

We are happy to accept returns if an item arrives damaged with the exclusion of wax products. Due to the nature of the product and the intended purpose of use, we wouldn't refund if arrived damaged. However, if this is a candle or a burner, please contact us. This is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Please ensure you are using the correct burner for your wax products. Burners shouldn't have too high of a gap between the flame and wax. This is to ensure you receive the maximum scent throw. Burners should be kept away from any windows and drafts.
A candle of any sort should never be left unattended and should always be out of reach of children and pets.
Requested scents are not guaranteed. If you request a scent and it is unavailable then the closest scent will be given.
